Size: Shoulder height 18-20"

Coat: The outer layer is weather resistant, short and somewhat rough. The inner layer is thick & short.

Character: The Australian Cattle Dog is intelligent and willing to work. It is loyal and seldom barks.

Temperament: If adequately socialized when young, this dog's behavior towards other dogs and children is ideal.

Care: Occasional grooming with a brush or comb is all that is required.

Training: Its intelligence makes training easy. It will be a problem if not kept occupied with tasks such as playing catch or chasing after Frisbees.

Activity: Lots of exercise and activity are required to keep this dog.
